With a dash of bracing color or in clean white, Poul Henningsen’s 3½-3 Pendant offers a striking update of his ingenious 3-shade lighting system developed a century ago. Each of the aluminum shades has a white-painted rolled edge, accentuating the familiar triple-level profile, and a reflective white interior that directs most of the illumination downwards in a gentle and glare-free light distribution.
