With Konami 2 Seater, much like its sister seating, the sleek lines and subtle armrest curves — named for the Japanese words “ko” and “nami,” meaning “little wave” — lend a sculptural presence from any angle. English designer Damian Williamson essays a streamlined expanse, free of loose cushions or extraneous detail with precisely tailored upholstery in a curated selection of fabrics and realized by Fredericia’s master craftsmen. Structured with a wooden frame supported by a steel base and slim legs in either brushed stainless steel or black powder coat and plumped with cold-cured foam, the sofa ensures comfortable seating, conversing or reclining for hours on end.
